hard to use. comes with no owners manual. music folders do not alphabetize it just puts them in any order. I would never buy another one. called customer service at Prolynkz many times left messages and got no call back. took many atempts calling and finally got some one and was told they would get me and answer and call back well that was two months ago and still waiting for call back. I don't recommend this product buyer beware

This seller ("Tiger Direct")has one of the worst customer service records in the industry! For your own safety, stay away! [Also note: they swallowed up CompUSA]. Instead, Centon makes a similar player incorporating a voice recorder- same $$$.
